L’industria televisiva premia un anno ricco di novità e di grandi conferme: l’8 luglio sono state annunciate le candidature agli Emmy Awards 2026. La cerimonia di premiazione è prevista il prossimo 14 settembre, condotta dall’attrice Mariska Hargitay.
A guidare le nomination sono The Pitt e Hacks. Sono 25 in totale le candidature per la serie medical, già premiata lo scorso anno come miglior serie drammatica. Mentre la quinta stagione della serie comica con Jean Smart raggiunge le 24 nomination, battendo il precedente record di The Bear.
Sulla scia del recente successo di The Studio, Apple Tv ottiene 19 sorprendenti nomination per la nuova Widow’s Bay, serie comica/horror, e altre 18 per Pluribus. Una conferma dell’ottimo catalogo di quest’anno sulla piattaforma.
Record anche per l’Halftime Show di Bad Bunny, che ottiene 9 nomination.
