L’83ª cerimonia dei Golden Globes si è tenuta l’11 gennaio 2026, presentata da Nikki Glaser. Film favorito della serata, con 9 candidature, si è preannunciato da subito Una battaglia dopo l’altra, ma la grande sorpresa è stata il riconoscimento anche ad Hamnet di Chloé Zhao.
Wagner Moura ha fatto la storia come primo attore brasiliano a vincere come protagonista maschile (In L’agente segreto) dopo che Fernanda Torres era stata la prima donna per (Io sono ancora qui). Per la prima volta è stata premiata anche la categoria Miglior Podcast.
