Sono ben 124 le categorie degli Emmy 2023, annunciate il 12 luglio ancora nel pieno dello sciopero hollywoodiano che potrebbe far slittare di un anno a cerimonia di premiazione prevista a settembre.

Che ne sarà degli Emmy 2023? Tutto dipende dallo sciopero
Già poche ore dopo l’annuncio delle candidature Emmy 2023 arriva la conferma dello sciopero SAG, l’unione degli attori e degli attrici hollywoodiani che si uniscono a sceneggiatori e sceneggiatrici. La prima conseguenza è che ognuno di loro non solo salterà i set per protesta ma non parteciperà ad alcun evento. Se non arriverà l’accordo per tutelare il lavoro televisivo a fronte delle nuove produzioni in streaming (tra cui meno episodi da scrivere e contratti sempre più brevi, non annuali), gli Emmy saranno il primo evento rimandato a causa dello sciopero.
